After read this article, I think this article is very useful for university students and also fresh graduate. Most of the statements written by the author are acceptable. The author said that the diploma or degree holders are not easily to get hired in their dream jobs. I agree with the author because the author stated the evidence by providing the statistics showing certain jobs with many competition.
However, there are some fallacies used in this articles. “Memang sudah menjadi lumrah hanya sebilangan kecil graduan sahaja yang akan mendapat kerjaya pilihan mereka”. This statement is an example of appeal to tradition. Apart from that, the author also used slippery slope fallacy. She said that “Segelintir graduan gagal dalam aspek Kemahiran Insan mereka. Akibatnya, mereka langsung tidak dapat meyakinkan penemuduga ketika menghadiri temu duga”. Furthermore, I also found that the author used hasty generalisation fallacy when she said that “Graduan mestilah memperoleh Nilai Purata Gred Keseluruhan-PNGK (CGPA) tidak kurang 3.00 dan 3.50 ke atas untuk memohon pekerjaan di firma antarabangsa”. Eventhough they have good grades, it is not a ticket to get hired because they must have other values like soft skills and communication skills like Airil Haimi Mohd Adnan, researcher of  UfoRIA , UiTM Perak said.
In conclusion,  I think this article is very interesting to read. The author have clearly stated the criteria required by graduates to make themselves valuable in the job market. For me, the universities students and secondary school students should read this article for future preparation.
